1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Diesel Pulse (DBA of Cart Catalyst) provides web design, development, and Google Ads management services specifically tailored for diesel parts businesses.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
• Provide necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Website development projects require a 50% deposit to begin
• Google Ads management is billed monthly in advance
• Additional services are billed as agreed upon

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the custom code and designs created for their projects. Diesel Pulse retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive for excellence, services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Diesel Pulse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
